ITZY’s Yuna Confirmed to Star in Rom-Com Drama ‘My Favorite Employee’ on tvN

Yuna of ITZY has been confirmed to star in a new tvN Korean drama (K-drama) titled My Favorite Employee. A source from tvN revealed that Yuna has already completed the script-reading process for the series.

“Yuna has been confirmed to star in My Favorite Employee and recently completed the script reading process,” the source disclosed on Monday (24/11).

In the drama, ITZY’s Yuna will play the role of a famous actress. She will join a lineup of actors and actresses, including Kang Hoon, Kim Hye Joon, and Cha Woo Min, who were previously reported to star in the series.

My Favorite Employee is a romantic comedy drama adapted from the webtoon of the same name.

The story revolves around Nam Da Reum, who joins a company led by Lee Chan, a former K-Pop idol now serving as the company’s CEO. The two become entangled in a romantic story that is sure to captivate viewers.

Kang Hoon will take on the role of Kang Ha Gi, who successfully launched a startup company, while Kim Hye Joon will portray Nam Da Reum, and Lee Chan will be played by Cha Woo Min.

Yuna is set to take on the role of a popular actress in this drama. The ITZY member is known to have been expanding her acting career recently.

Yuna was previously preparing to appear in another tvN drama titled Miss Undercover Boss, where she plays Hong Jang Mi, the younger sister of Hong Geum Bo (Park Shin Hye).
