The Body Shop Indonesia has launched its “Wrapped in Love” campaign, calling on the public to restore the true meaning of giving this holiday season. The campaign is running from November 12–16, 2025, at Lippo Mall Kemang and November 26–30, 2025, at Mall Kelapa Gading 3, as a series of multisensory events celebrating warmth, togetherness, and the value of care. Crucially, this initiative connects the self care experience with social contribution by supporting a women’s empowerment program in Namatota, Southwest Papua.
Chrisensia Nimas, Head of Marketing & E-Commerce for The Body Shop Indonesia, stated that the campaign invites people to reconnect with the meaning of love, memory, and thoughtfulness when giving gifts.
“We believe that every small act done with love can bring about big changes. Through Wrapped in Love, we want to bring back the warmth of giving, wrapped in love, meaning, and care,” Chrisensia said.
At both event locations, The Body Shop Indonesia transformed the exhibition area into a Christmas themed space, featuring the aromas, textures, and ambiance typical of the year-end season. Visitors can try out the Limited Edition Christmas 2025 range, including Sugarplum Passion, Cranberry Crush, Caramel Cuddle, and the Sweet On You Body Mist. Spa of The World and Tender Tonka products were also provided to showcase calming relaxation options.
Besides the product trial area, the event features a Create Your Own Gift Station and a Gift Butler Service, offering visitors space to personally assemble their gifts. This experience is complemented by makeover sessions, hand massages, and photo areas. “Through this event, we want everyone to feel the warmth, moments of togetherness, and the characteristic cheer of Christmas,” Chrisensia noted.
This year’s campaign also involves local illustrator Kathrin Honesta, who designed exclusive illustrations for the gift boxes and greeting cards. The visuals emphasize diversity and natural beauty, representing the values championed by the brand.
As a form of community support, 5% of Christmas Gift sales during the holiday period will be channeled to a women’s empowerment program in Namatota, in partnership with Konservasi Indonesia. The program includes sustainable skills training and improvement of economic welfare for women in the area.
