JAKARTA, Jakartaweekly.com – Ford RMA Indonesia has strengthened its business expansion strategy in Indonesia’s automotive market with the inauguration of its newest dealership in MT Haryono, Jakarta, in partnership with Auto Kencana Group. The move brings Ford’s official dealer network in Indonesia to 34 locations nationwide.
The expansion forms part of Ford’s broader strategy to deepen its presence in the premium and lifestyle vehicle segments, while also enhancing customer service quality through a more comprehensive ownership experience.
Toto Suharto, Country Manager of RMA Indonesia, emphasized that consumer priorities have evolved beyond simply purchasing vehicles, with greater focus now placed on ownership experiences that provide reassurance and confidence.
“Today’s customers are not only looking for vehicles, but also peace of mind throughout every journey. That is what we aim to deliver — peace of mind, not merely a product,” Toto said on Tuesday, May 5, 2026.
At the same event, Andee Yoestong, President Director of Kreasi Auto Kencana, described the new dealership as a strategic step in addressing shifting consumer expectations, particularly the growing demand for seamless experiences from purchase through after-sales service.
“We see customer needs increasingly shifting toward seamless experiences, from purchasing to maintenance. This dealership is designed to meet those expectations,” Andee said.
The Ford MT Haryono dealership features a full 3S service model (Sales, Service, and Spare Parts), supported by modern diagnostic technology, certified technicians, and a Premium Lounge facility aimed at enhancing customer comfort during service visits.
As part of its strengthened after-sales commitment, Ford is also offering its Ford 360 Inclusive Service program, which includes complimentary scheduled maintenance for up to three years or 60,000 kilometers, vehicle warranty coverage, and 24-hour roadside assistance.
