Jasuindo Targets Double-Digit Profit Growth in 2026

JAKARTA. Jakartaweekly.com — PT Jasuindo Tiga Perkasa Tbk (IDX: JTPE) is targeting revenue and profit growth of more than 10% in 2026 as the company seeks to maintain momentum from its strong performance last year, supported by its core security printing and identity solutions business.

JTPE Vice CFO Michael Christiaan said the company is optimistic it can continue expanding despite ongoing macroeconomic challenges, including rising raw material prices and currency volatility.

“For 2026, we are targeting revenue growth of more than 10%, reaching around IDR3.06 trillion, and we are quite optimistic about this. In terms of profit, we also expect growth exceeding our 10% target,” Michael said during a press conference in Jakarta on Friday, May 29, 2026.

The company’s optimism comes after a strong performance in 2025, when JTPE posted revenue of IDR2.8 trillion, up 31.5% year-on-year. Net profit attributable to owners of the parent entity rose 47.7% to IDR351.4 billion.

JTPE Finance Director Lukito Budiman said the company will continue relying on its security and identity-related businesses, which remain the largest contributors to revenue.

“The identity segment continues to become the backbone of our business performance,” Lukito said.

Security Segment Remains Key Driver

JTPE’s performance in the first quarter of 2026 was still primarily supported by the security segment, especially identity products, payment cards, and security documents.

However, the company recorded lower sales during the period due to procurement timing shifts from several customers. JTPE booked first-quarter 2026 sales of IDR265 billion, compared with IDR348 billion in the same period last year.

Management explained that several procurement projects, particularly in the security segment, are expected to materialize in the second and third quarters of 2026, which is anticipated to improve the company’s performance in the coming quarters.

Despite the temporary slowdown, JTPE remains confident that demand for security printing products and identity-related solutions will remain strong, supported by both government and private-sector projects.

The company also sees opportunities in biometric technology, RFID products, and packaging-related businesses as part of its future growth strategy.

Earlier this year, JTPE established a joint venture with a Hong Kong-based strategic partner through PT Nusatek Global Solutions to develop RFID-related products. The company believes the partnership will strengthen its position in digital security solutions and support long-term expansion.

Managing Currency and Raw Material Risks

Although optimistic about growth prospects, JTPE acknowledged that the company continues to face pressure from rising raw material prices and the weakening rupiah exchange rate against the US dollar.

According to management, fluctuations in global commodity prices and exchange rates remain among the biggest challenges for the printing and manufacturing industry, particularly for companies that still depend on imported materials.

However, Lukito said the company has prepared mitigation strategies to reduce risks associated with currency volatility.

“Management has anticipated this by carefully structuring every tender we secure. We have hedged our raw material purchases to mitigate risks from exchange rate increases and volatility,” he said.

The company also continues to strengthen operational efficiency and improve product margins through higher-value products and production optimization.

To support future expansion, JTPE has allocated capital expenditure (capex) of around IDR100 billion for 2026.

The capex will primarily be used for machine rejuvenation, modernization of existing production equipment, and procurement of additional machines to support business expansion.

Management said the investment is expected to improve productivity, efficiency, and product quality as the company prepares for future growth opportunities.

Dividend Distribution Approved

Alongside its growth outlook, JTPE also approved a dividend distribution totaling IDR210.6 billion for the 2025 fiscal year, equivalent to a payout ratio of 60% of net profit.

The decision was approved during the company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held in Surabaya on May 29, 2026.

Shareholders will receive dividends of IDR31 per share after accounting for 57.72 million treasury shares repurchased through the company’s buyback program conducted between December 15, 2025 and March 6, 2026.
