JAKARTA, Jakartaweekly.com — The number of users of PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero)’s Ferizy digital platform reached 4,043,299 as of July 2026, up 15.43% from 3,502,914 users recorded in January 2026.
ASDP President Director Heru Widodo said the growth in users reflected growing public acceptance of the company’s digital services.
“The increase in Ferizy users shows growing public trust in ASDP’s digital services. Our transformation is not only aimed at making ticket purchases more convenient, but also at building a more orderly, transparent, and safety-oriented ferry transportation service ecosystem,” Heru said.
He said Ferizy is currently available at 62 ports, comprising 36 ports managed by ASDP and 26 non-ASDP ports. The expansion is aimed at promoting more integrated service standards while improving the operational efficiency of ferry transportation.
As ASDP’s official ticketing platform, Ferizy offers several payment methods, including e-wallets, internet banking, virtual accounts, and retail outlets.
Tickets are also available through several official sales channels operated by ASDP partners, including Indomaret, Alfamart, BNI Agen46, AgenBRILink, Agen BJB, Fastpay, and Redbus.
Meanwhile, ASDP Corporate Secretary Windy Andale urged the public to purchase tickets through official channels before their scheduled departure to ensure a more orderly and efficient travel experience.
She said online ticket purchases provide greater certainty over travel schedules, offer a wider range of payment options, help create more orderly services at ports, speed up the check-in process, and ensure passenger and vehicle data are recorded before travelers arrive at the port.
She added that online ticket purchases also allow travelers to plan their journeys in advance, from before departure through their arrival at the port. The digitalization initiative is aimed at improving the safety, convenience, and efficiency of ferry transportation services.
ASDP will continue to expand the implementation of Ferizy, strengthen collaboration with strategic partners, and develop more integrated digital innovations to support the modernization of Indonesia’s national ferry transportation system in the future.
