Jakarta Speeds Up Ciliwung River Normalization
Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung has accelerated land acquisition in East Jakarta to resume the long-delayed Ciliwung River normalization project, allocating Rp300 billion in 2026 to strengthen flood mitigation efforts ahead of the city's 500th anniversary in 2027.
