Jakartaweekly.com — Property developer PT Jaya Sukses Makmur Sentosa Tbk (RISE) is accelerating its business expansion in 2026 through the launch of several new projects while strengthening its management structure.
The company, which develops residential properties, industrial estates, and mixed-use projects under the TANRISE portfolio, recently announced new developments including Solaris Villa projects in Bali and Malang as well as a driving range facility in Taman Dayu.
As part of its expansion agenda, the company is also preparing to open Vasa Suites Hotel in Surabaya, which is scheduled to begin operations by the end of the first quarter of 2026.
According to RISE President Director Budi Agusti, the expansion reflects the company’s strategy to balance residential developments with commercial assets to strengthen its revenue structure.
“We continue to develop a more balanced portfolio between residential projects and commercial assets. This strategy is aimed at increasing recurring income contributions so the company can maintain resilient and sustainable performance,” Budi said on the statement (9/3).
In addition to the hotel opening, the company is preparing to launch a new residential cluster in the Taman Dayu area in Pandaan, East Java, a location that has developed into both a residential and tourism destination.
Budi said the new development is expected to strengthen the ecosystem of the Taman Dayu area while increasing the overall value of the estate.
Alongside its expansion efforts, the company is also strengthening its leadership structure. RISE has appointed Samuel Bunjamin as Director overseeing projects and engineering, Herman Bunjamin as Director responsible for the commercial and hospitality business, and Merry Lantani as Director overseeing property operations including sales and marketing.
All three executives bring more than two decades of experience in Indonesia’s property industry and are expected to help expand sales networks, strengthen marketing strategies, and improve operational effectiveness. Their appointments will be formally proposed at the company’s upcoming general shareholders meeting.
Budi said the combination of new project development and stronger leadership will support the company’s growth momentum amid the evolving property market.
“We believe this strategy will help us create long-term value for shareholders while strengthening RISE’s position as a competitive and growing property developer in Indonesia,” he added.
