CloudMile and Aerospike Partner to Strengthen Indonesia’s Data Infrastructure

JAKARTA, Jakartaweekly.com— CloudMile and Aerospike have officially entered into a strategic partnership in Indonesia to help companies address complex multi-cloud data challenges and build an enterprise-grade data foundation to accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI).

CloudMile Indonesia Country Director Gilland Cardindo said AI implementation requires a data foundation that can provide fast, reliable, and scalable access to information.

“AI adoption is increasingly growing among companies in Indonesia, but successful AI implementation requires more than just powerful models. Organizations also need a data foundation that can provide fast, reliable, and scalable access to information,” Gilland said.

Gilland said combining CloudMile’s local cloud expertise with Aerospike’s real-time data capabilities could help companies address complex multi-cloud requirements while turning AI and real-time applications into practical business outcomes.

The partnership combines CloudMile’s expertise in cloud management with Aerospike’s real-time data platform, which provides real-time business status and context, to help Indonesian corporations optimize their data ecosystems and turn AI initiatives into production-ready applications at scale.

The partnership comes as companies in Indonesia increase their investments in AI, while many are still working to translate adoption of the technology into measurable business value.

According to findings from the PwC’s 29th Global CEO Survey – Indonesia, 22 percent of CEOs in Indonesia said AI had increased revenue over the previous 12 months, while 28 percent reported cost reductions. However, only 10 percent said AI had delivered both benefits.

PwC also found that only 24 percent of CEOs in Indonesia identified comprehensive data access as a practical foundation for unlocking AI value.

Under the partnership, Aerospike will provide its real-time data platform, while CloudMile will contribute expertise in local cloud architecture, implementation, integration, and managed services.

Together, the two companies aim to provide end-to-end solutions supporting customers from architecture and migration through optimization and ongoing operational support.
