JAKARTA, Jakartaweekly.com —As part of its offline market expansion, PT Solusi Sentral Sistem, the company behind the Danko brand in Indonesia, has opened another showroom. This time, the company collaborated with Mega Karunia Sejahtera to launch the Danko Pro Shop at LTC Glodok, West Jakarta.

Danko Indonesia Marketing Director Martinus Jono said the opening of the outlet was aimed at strengthening the company’s offline market presence after dominating online sales for the past four years.

“Danko has already dominated the online market. For four consecutive years, we have been the best-selling brand in e-commerce marketplaces across Indonesia. Therefore, we need to expand into the offline market,” Martinus said on the sidelines of the showroom opening on Saturday, May 23, 2026.

After opening the first Danko Pro-Shop showroom in Cibubur, the company chose LTC Glodok because the location is widely known as one of the largest business, electronics trading, and home appliance centers in West Jakarta.

He added that LTC Glodok attracts tens of thousands of visitors every day.

“LTC Glodok has been recognized as a business hub since the 1980s. We want to capture the market here while introducing Danko products to a wider audience,” he said.

Martinus stated that the company is targeting monthly sales of Rp400 million to Rp500 million from the LTC Glodok showroom. According to him, the target is realistic considering LTC Glodok’s status as a major business center.

In addition to retail customers, sales at the Danko Pro Shop LTC Glodok are also expected to target contractors and corporate buyers, who tend to prefer offline transactions.

Currently, Danko’s sales composition is still dominated by the retail market at 80 percent, while the remaining 20 percent comes from corporate consumers. However, in the future, the company plans to expand its penetration into the project and corporate markets.

In addition to opening the outlet at LTC Glodok, Danko is also planning to open a new showroom in the Kenari Mas area, Salemba, Central Jakarta, on June 20, 2026.

At its newest showroom, Danko is showcasing several flagship products, including electric water heaters, gas water heaters, kitchen sinks, and pull-out faucets. Danko water heaters are priced starting from Rp1.5 million, while kitchen sink products are offered starting from Rp2 million.

In addition, during the grand opening period of the new Pro Shop, Danko is also offering free installation promotions for customers purchasing Danko water heater products.

Besides serving the offline market, the Danko Pro Shop showroom at LTC Glodok is also integrated with the online market. According to the company, the dealers partnering with the showroom are business players who had previously been active sellers in digital marketplaces.

Apart from sales services, Danko has also prepared an after-sales and service center network. Currently, Danko operates 35 service center branches across Indonesia, spread across several major cities. Danko Service Centers are located in Jakarta, Bandung, Bangka, Balikpapan, Banjarmasin, Bali, Cikarang, Gresik, Jayapura, Kupang, Medan, Malang, Manado, Makassar, Sidoarjo, Solo, Surabaya, Tangerang, Samarinda, and Yogyakarta.
