Ford RMA Indonesia Opens Largest 3S Dealership in Surabaya

SURABAYA, Jakartaweekly.com— Ford RMA Indonesia and DAS Surabaya have officially opened Ford Boulevard Surabaya, described as Ford’s largest and most comprehensive 3S dealership to date, expanding access to sales and after-sales services for customers in East Java.

Located at Jalan Mayjend. Jonosewojo AK1 No. 50–52, Babatan, Wiyung, Surabaya, the dealership is the 34th Ford dealership and the 15th 3S dealership in Ford RMA Indonesia’s network in Indonesia. Ford Boulevard Surabaya is also the second Ford dealership in Surabaya managed by DAS.

Ford Boulevard Surabaya occupies a 2,564-square-meter building and features 3S facilities covering Sales, Service, and Spare Parts. Its showroom can display up to six vehicles.

The facility allows customers to access a range of services in one location, from selecting a vehicle and consulting with sales representatives to receiving after-sales services and sourcing spare parts.

RMA Indonesia Regional Director Roelof Lamberts said East Java is an important market for Ford, with a dynamic and diverse customer base.

He said the opening of Ford Boulevard Surabaya is part of the company’s efforts to provide customers with broader access to services while strengthening Ford RMA Indonesia’s commitment to the East Java market.

Beyond its 3S facilities, Ford Boulevard Surabaya features a consultation lounge, kids’ area, and café. These facilities provide customers with spaces to consult, relax, or spend time with their families while choosing a vehicle or waiting for service.

The dealership also showcases the Ford Everest and Ford Ranger as two flagship models with distinct characteristics.

The Ford Everest is an SUV focused on driving comfort and capability, making it suitable for everyday family activities, intercity travel, and adventure.

Meanwhile, the Ford Ranger offers durability and versatility for professional and business needs, as well as activities requiring a vehicle capable of carrying loads and handling a range of road conditions.

To mark the opening of Ford Boulevard Surabaya, customers can also benefit from a free-fuel program of up to 3,900 liters for selected Ford Everest and Ford Ranger variants.

The program applies to the Ford Everest Titanium, Everest XLT, Everest Sport, Ford Ranger Raptor 2.0, Ranger Wildtrak, and Ranger XL.
