The Indonesian Palace has officially denied rumors of a fuel price hike scheduled for April 1, 2026. Despite surging global oil prices driven by escalating U.S.-Iran tensions in the Middle East, Minister of State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi confirmed that PT Pertamina will maintain current prices for both subsidized and non-subsidized fuels to protect national economic stability and public purchasing power.
