PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk (stock code: ROTI) has successfully held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) which resulted in several important decisions, including the approval of the Board of Directors’ report on the Company’s performance and the ratification of the Balance Sheet and Income Statement for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024.
In its presentation, the Board of Directors described 2024 as a significant milestone for the Company. Net Revenue reached Rp3.9 trillion, an accumulation of increased contributions from all business units including; Sari Roti, Sari Kue, Sari Choco, and Indosari Food Solutions throughout 2024. Increased productivity, lower raw material costs, and operational efficiency also successfully increased the Company’s EBITDA to Rp721 Billion, equivalent to a margin of 18.3%. Consequently, the Company recorded Rp363 billion in Net Profit attributable to Owners of the Parent Entity, growing by 8.8% compared to the previous year.
One of the anticipated agendas was the allocation of the Company’s Net Profit, where Shareholders approved the distribution of a Cash Dividend of Rp450 billion, or equivalent to Rp79.44 per share, scheduled to be distributed on April 28, 2025.
In the final discussion, the AGMS determined the new composition of the Company’s Management as follows:

The Meeting respectfully discharged Mr. Jaka Prasetya as Commissioner, Mr. Jusuf Arbianto Tjondrolukito as Independent Commissioner, and Ms. Ida Apulia Simatupang as Director in connection with the expiration of their terms of office, with the deepest gratitude for their thoughts, hard work, and services for the Company’s progress.
The complete results of today’s AGMS, including the full dividend distribution schedule, will be submitted to the OJK (Financial Services Authority) and the IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange) in accordance with applicable Capital Market regulations.
