Secure Launches Smart Door Locks to Meet Rising Demand for Modern Home Security in Indonesia

JAKARTA — Jakartaweekly.com, As smart home adoption continues to gain traction in Indonesia, homeowners are increasingly looking for security solutions that combine convenience, accessibility, and advanced technology. Responding to this trend, Secure has introduced two new smart door locks products: the Secure Eazy Lock E1 and Secure Premium Lock L1.

The new devices are designed to address the limitations of conventional locking systems, including the risk of unauthorized key duplication, lack of access monitoring, and the need to replace locks when keys are lost.

According to Bobby Ivan, Business Unit Director at PT Datascrip, home security has evolved beyond traditional locks and keys.

“We see growing demand for home security solutions as lifestyles become increasingly dynamic. Security is no longer just about protection—it is also about convenience and seamless access that integrates with modern living,” Bobby said in a statement.

Secure Eazy Lock E1 Offers Practical Everyday Security

The Secure Eazy Lock E1 is designed for daily residential use, featuring a fingerprint sensor capable of unlocking doors in less than 0.5 seconds.

Users can choose from four access methods, including fingerprint recognition, passwords, access cards, and manual keys. The device can store up to 100 fingerprints, 100 access cards, and 100 passwords, making it suitable for households and small offices with multiple users.

The lock is equipped with an automatic security alarm that activates after three consecutive failed access attempts. Powered by four AA batteries, the device offers an estimated battery life of 10 to 12 months depending on usage.

For emergencies, users can activate the lock through a USB power connection using an external power bank when the batteries are depleted.

Constructed from aluminum alloy, the Eazy Lock E1 is designed to operate in temperatures ranging from -25°C to 60°C and is compatible with wooden doors measuring between 40 mm and 100 mm in thickness.

Premium Lock L1 Adds Facial and Palm Recognition Technology

For homeowners seeking a more advanced security system, the Secure Premium Lock L1 offers five authentication methods: fingerprint recognition, passwords, access cards, facial recognition, and palm-print recognition.

The facial recognition technology is designed to identify users even when wearing accessories such as hats or glasses, helping ensure quick and reliable access.

The Premium Lock L1 also features customizable auto-lock and auto-unlock functions, while its hidden fingerprint sensor design helps protect the device from dust and water splashes.

Powering the device is a 5,000mAh rechargeable lithium battery capable of lasting between four and six months. Each unit includes a backup battery and USB Type-C charging support. Users can also connect a power bank through the Type-C emergency power feature when the battery is exhausted.

Designed with a tempered glass panel and aluminum alloy frame, the Premium Lock L1 targets modern and premium residential properties. It is compatible with wooden, steel, and aluminum doors ranging from 40 mm to 100 mm thick.
