The Jakarta Provincial Government has officially signed a cooperation agreement with Bank BTN to distribute House Acquisition Financing Facilities (FPPR). This strategic partnership aims to provide low-income residents with access to decent, sustainable housing with key benefits including a 0% down payment and a 5% fixed interest rate.
