JAKARTA, Jakartaweekly.com – Ford RMA Indonesia officially inaugurated the Ford Experience Center (FEC) Sunter as part of its commitment to strengthening services and customer experience in the Indonesian automotive market, as well as increasing sales transactions.
The facility, located at Jl. Yos Sudarso No.85, Sunter Jaya, North Jakarta, and built on a 1,014-square-meter site, is designed as an integrated service hub that functions not only as a showroom, but also combines product education, vehicle customization, and a community interaction space.
Regional Director of RMA Indonesia, Roelof Lamberts, said the FEC Sunter is designed to deliver a firsthand experience of Ford’s DNA through a more immersive approach.
“Our vision this year is ‘More Power, More Performance’, where performance goes beyond technical data and becomes a real driving sensation,” he said in a press release on Saturday, April 18, 2026.

FEC Sunter adopts a multi-functional hub concept with several experience zones, ranging from the exploration of Ford’s innovation history to the introduction of technologies in vehicle lineups such as the Next-Gen Ford Ranger and Ford Everest.
The facility also features a Cafe & Lounge area in collaboration with Common Grounds Coffee, as well as food services from Omari, serving as a space for customer discussions and interactions.
In addition, there is a Showroom & Bespoke Area showcasing vehicle lifestyle displays and an accessories corner featuring official Ford accessories and merchandise.

FEC Sunter is integrated with Ford’s network of 33 dealerships in Indonesia, which operate under a 3S service system (Sales, Service, Spare Parts). For certain vehicle purchases, Ford also provides the Ford 360 Inclusive Service package, which includes routine maintenance for 3 years or up to 60.000 km, as well as a 3-year or 100.000 km warranty.
“Our focus goes beyond sales transactions. We are committed to the entire customer ownership experience,” Roelof said.
With this concept, FEC Sunter becomes part of Ford RMA Indonesia’s strategy to strengthen the overall vehicle ownership experience in Indonesia.
