Hyundai Strengthens After-Sales Service with Courtesy Car Program in Indonesia

JAKARTA, Jakartaweekly.com – PT Hyundai Motors Indonesia is strengthening its after-sales services through the Hyundai Premium Courtesy Car Program, a replacement vehicle service provided to customers while their vehicles undergo servicing at authorized Hyundai dealers.

President Director of Hyundai Motors Indonesia, Kenny Lee, said the company is committed to ensuring customers’ mobility and peace of mind are maintained through this program.

“Through the Hyundai Premium Courtesy Car Program, the company has prepared more than 250 vehicles across selected dealer networks so customers can continue their daily activities when their vehicles require longer service times,” he said in a press release on Friday, April 17, 2026.

He added that the program is part of the myHyundaiCare service ecosystem, which is designed to deliver a more seamless, convenient, and worry-free vehicle ownership experience.

The service, he said, also reflects Hyundai’s global commitment to improving after-sales service quality. In Indonesia, the company provides courtesy cars supported by a large number of premium vehicles across its dealer network.

To support customer convenience during vehicle repairs, Hyundai offers replacement cars, including the Hyundai IONIQ 5, subject to availability at each dealer. Customers with internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles also have the opportunity to use the IONIQ 5, depending on availability.

Chief Operating Officer of Hyundai Motors Indonesia, Fransiscus Soerjopranoto, added that the program ensures customers can continue their activities while their vehicles need to stay at the workshop.

In addition, the availability of models such as the Hyundai IONIQ 5 also provides customers with the opportunity to experience driving Hyundai’s electric vehicles.
