JIPS 2026 Diverse Pet Show Arrives at PIK 2 This July

JAKARTA, Jakartaweekly.com — Pet lovers in Jakarta have something exciting to look forward to next month as the Jakarta International Pet Show (JIPS) 2026 returns from July 3 to 5 at the Nusantara International Convention and Exhibition (NICE), PIK 2.

Organized by Mavic Dyandra Internasional, this year’s exhibition operates under the theme “Diverse Pet,” celebrating a vast array of animals spanning dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, and various exotic species. Organizers are anticipating a massive turnout, with projections of over 20,000 visitors throughout the three-day event.

Project Director Adhika Arthaparty emphasized this by stating the event is designed to be highly inclusive, catering to hardcore enthusiast communities, families, and the general public alike.

• Mini Zoo by deHakims: Showcasing presenter Irfan Hakim’s personal educational collection, visitors can see capybaras, binturongs, cows, and exotic birds.
• Jagat Satwa Nusantara: Bringing educational wildlife to the floor, including the King Cockatoo, Albino Pythons, and Mini Goats.
• Animalium: Expanding the exotic experience with appearances from the Harris’s Hawk, Red Iguana, and Savannah Cat.
• Cat Museum by Radhiyan Pet & Care: An educational zone featuring rare and exotic cat breeds from around the world, allowing visitors to interact and learn about feline diversity.

Competitions and Community Engagement

For those looking for action, the event will host the “Ninja Dog Warrior” and “Fun Dog Agility” competitions, which are open to both professionals and the public. Reptile lovers can dive into “Morphvolution,” an event that combines a reptile exhibition with a gecko competition featuring 17 categories and a total prize pool of Rp 19,000,000.

The schedule also emphasizes education and lifestyle bonding. The “Heroes on Four Paws” talk show will feature the Animal Police Directorate and SAR DOG Indonesia discussing animal rescues and safety. Meanwhile, owners can bond directly with their pets through unique activities like pet-friendly Cooking Classes and Yoga with Pets.
