Jakarta, December 4, 2024 – Pamerindo Indonesia is proud to open Manufacturing Indonesia 2024, the largest manufacturing exhibition in Southeast Asia. Under the theme “35 Years of Innovation – Driving the Future of Manufacturing,” the event features over 1,300 exhibitors from 32 countries/regions. With three decades of continuous innovation, this exhibition focuses on the transformation of the industry toward a more advanced, sustainable, and efficient future.
Realizing Transformation Over Three Decades
Since its inception, Manufacturing Indonesia has been a strategic platform for innovators, industry players, and policymakers to accelerate the development of the manufacturing sector. This year, the exhibition highlights the adoption of digital technologies, sustainability, and cross-sector collaboration as key pillars to enhance competitiveness.
Meysia Stephannie, Portfolio Director of PT Pamerindo Indonesia, shared, “It is an honor for us to be part of the manufacturing industry’s journey over the past 35 years. This year’s theme emphasizes our commitment to continuing as a relevant platform that drives innovation and collaboration. We hope this exhibition will inspire businesses, from large enterprises to SMEs, to be more resilient in facing the opportunities and challenges of the future.”
Government Support for a Competitive Manufacturing Future
According to the Central Statistics Agency, the manufacturing sector contributed 19.02% to the national economy in Q3 2024, with a growth rate of 4.72% year-on-year. This achievement highlights the resilience of the national industry amid global challenges and the importance of strategic policies, such as increasing the use of domestically produced goods.
Yan Sibarang Tandiele, Director of Machinery and Agricultural Machinery at the Ministry of Industry, RI, stated, “With the increasing domestic and export demand in sectors like food & beverages, metal building materials, and electronics components, the manufacturing industry has achieved the highest growth contribution to the national economy, at 0.96% year-on-year in the third quarter of this year. We continue to drive and facilitate pro-industry policies to strengthen the national industrial structure, increase the added value of local products, and reduce dependence on imports. This exhibition is expected to be a strategic platform for industry players to accelerate transformation, while solidifying the manufacturing sector as the main pillar of Indonesia’s economy.”
Support for Human Resource Development and Innovation
Manufacturing Indonesia 2024 not only showcases the latest technologies but also supports human resource development through seminars, discussions, workshops, and other supporting programs. In collaboration with the Ministry of Industry and Imajin, Pamerindo, through the TKDN Hub, serves as a platform for sharing insights and best practices to encourage the use of local products.
Support also comes through the Indoestri Area, a dedicated zone aimed at enhancing the capabilities of local industries. In collaboration with six domestic manufacturing companies such as Folks Automation, IndoHRM, KalasanValley, Molca, Peris.ai, and Ragdalion Tech, exhibition participants can explore cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions created by local talents, empowering creativity, skills, and technological intelligence towards a more advanced industry.

In line with the digitalization era, Manufacturing Indonesia 2024 presents Robo Park, a special area resulting from collaboration with the National Association of Information Technology and Communication Entrepreneurs (APTIKNAS), showcasing robotic innovations made by local talents. This initiative aims to motivate industry players and the younger generation to continue creating quality and competitive products.
