Mitsubishi Ensures Safe Eid Travel with 65 Standby Dealers Nationwide

Jakartaweekly.com —Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia (MMKSI) has launched its “Lebaran 2026 Standby Dealer Program”, aiming to support customers during Indonesia’s peak holiday travel season.

Running from March 18 to March 29, 2026, the program involves 65 authorized Mitsubishi Motors dealers strategically located along major homecoming (mudik) routes across the country. The initiative is designed to provide accessible after-sales services and ensure smoother journeys for motorists traveling to celebrate Eid al-Fitr with their families.

The program reflects Mitsubishi Motors’ long-standing commitment to customer care under its “Passion to Care” philosophy, particularly during periods of high mobility such as Lebaran.

“After 55 years in Indonesia, we remain committed to supporting every journey of our customers. Through the standby dealer program and other service initiatives, we aim to ensure Mitsubishi users feel safe and comfortable during the holiday season,” said Kazuto Azuma, Director of Product Service and Branding Strategy Division.

In addition to the standby dealer network, MMKSI is also rolling out complementary initiatives such as the “Lebaran Campaign” and “Kilau Lebaran Campaign,” running from March to April 2026. These programs offer vehicle inspections, maintenance services, and repair support to help customers prepare their cars before and after long-distance travel.

Customers can also access services through the My Mitsubishi Motors ID mobile app or contact the company’s customer service hotline for assistance.

With these initiatives, Mitsubishi Motors aims to provide peace of mind for travelers during one of Indonesia’s busiest annual migration periods.
