Super Indo Supermarket, a leading supermarket chain in Indonesia, has officially obtained halal certification issued by the Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Produk Halal (BPJPH) as a testament to its commitment to ensuring product halalness and quality, and enhancing customer trust. A symbolic ceremony for the handover of this certification was attended by the Head of BPJPH, the Director of LPPOM MUI, Halal Science Center IPB, and Super Indo management. This achievement marks a significant milestone in Super Indo’s journey to become the most trusted retail company in Indonesia.

Super Indo has successfully obtained Halal Certification for two important categories, namely Sales services without processing with the number ID00410020402620824 and the provision of food and beverages with processing with the number ID00410020401140824. In addition, Super Indo has also implemented the Halal Product Assurance System very well (excellence).
The Acting Secretary of the Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Produk Halal (BPJPH), Dr. H. Muhammad Aqil Irham, M.Si appreciated the acquisition of halal certification by Super Indo. In addition, to succeed in the government program that requires halal certification on October 17, 2024, especially for food, beverages, slaughtered products and slaughterhouse services, raw materials, food additives, and food additives.”
