Dyandra Posts Rp1.2 Trillion Revenue in 2025 Amid MICE Industry Slowdown

Jakartaweekly.com — PT Dyandra Media International Tbk, an Indonesian event and exhibition holding company listed under ticker DYAN, reported Rp1.219 trillion (US$~78 million) in revenue and Rp30.87 billion in net profit for the 2025 financial year, according to its audited results released on March 17.

The company’s performance continues to be largely supported by its event and exhibition organizer segment, which contributed around 80% of total revenue, equivalent to Rp977.6 billion.

Other business segments made smaller contributions, including convention and exhibition halls (12%), hotels (5%), and supporting event services (3%).

Total assets stood at Rp1.257 trillion by the end of 2025, marking a 3.7% increase year-on-year, while liabilities rose slightly by 0.6% to Rp533.4 billion.

Despite the stable performance, Dyandra faced several challenges throughout the year. These included weaker demand in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions) sector, fewer government-related events due to budget efficiency measures, and broader global economic uncertainty.

President Director Daswar Marpaung said the company is focusing on developing intellectual property (IP)-based events, which are seen as more sustainable and offer stronger long-term value.

Dyandra currently manages more than 11 proprietary events, including major exhibitions and festivals such as Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS), Indonesia Furniture Expo (IFEX), and Indonesia Women Fest.

The company also implemented cost-efficiency measures, reducing operating expenses by 5% year-on-year to Rp329.1 billion, reflecting tighter cost controls.

Looking ahead, Dyandra expressed optimism for early 2026 performance, supported by several large-scale events already held, including IIMS and IFEX.

The company has also lined up multiple events for 2026 across its business units, including industry exhibitions, trade shows, and entertainment events. These include the IPA Convention and Exhibition (May 2026), IIMS Surabaya, and several international conferences at the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center.

In addition, Dyandra’s entertainment division is scheduled to host a series of international concerts in Jakarta, including performances by K-pop acts such as aespa, NCT WISH, and EXO.

The company said it will continue to expand partnerships and optimize event venues to support growth in Indonesia’s MICE industry.
