HLF Files Police Reports Against Jamie McIntyre Over Marina Bay City Funds

In an official statement released on Friday, June 5, 2026, the law firm shifted the narrative entirely, pivoting the blame away from Campbell and squarely onto his former business partner, Australian entrepreneur Jamie McIntyre. The firm revealed that Campbell has lodged multiple criminal complaints against McIntyre for alleged investment fraud and embezzlement.

The Core of the Dispute: Missing Funds and Unpaid Consultants

According to corporate records, Adrian James Campbell, through PT Marina Bay Group, maintains a vetted 50% shareholding interest in PT Marina Bay Investments—the primary developer behind the ambitious Lombok coastal project.

While public outcry has mounted over stalled developments and missing consumer capital, HLF clarified that the funds were initially received in good faith by PT Marina Bay Investments and PT Bali Real Estate Investments. However, internal tracking later revealed a darker corporate reality.

“There are strong indications that such funds were used for the personal benefit of Jamie McIntyre,” HLF stated.

McIntyre previously served as the Managing Director of PT Marina Bay Investments and currently holds the position of Commissioner, alongside a corporate officer role at PT Bali Real Estate Investments. HLF asserts that this dual positioning gave McIntyre unchecked, substantial access to the project’s financial pipeline.

The law firm further alleged that the operational and licensing bottlenecks that have paralyzed the Marina Bay City project stemmed directly from McIntyre’s management.

In response, Campbell has officially reported McIntyre to the authorities for investment fraud and embezzlement through two distinct filings with the Bali Regional Police:
