JAKARTA, Jakartaweekly.com — Amid ongoing discussions on fuel prices, particularly Pertalite, PT Pertamina Patra Niaga has confirmed that it has not adjusted its selling price. Based on information from the company’s official website, Pertalite remains priced at Rp10,000 per liter across all regions in Indonesia.
As of today, Friday, May 8, 2026, PT Pertamina Patra Niaga continues to maintain the same nationwide Pertalite price as announced on May 4, 2026.
Out of a total of 40 monitored regions, no price differences were found for Pertalite, with all areas consistently recorded at Rp10,000 per liter.
This reflects a uniform pricing policy for subsidized fuel, maintained despite variations in non-subsidized fuel prices such as Pertamax, Pertamax Green 95, and Pertamax Turbo across different regions.
Meanwhile, price variations in non-subsidized fuels are most evident in Pertamax Turbo, which is sold at different tiers: Rp19,900 per liter in Java, Bali, and West Nusa Tenggara; around Rp20,350 per liter in most parts of Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Papua; and up to Rp20,750 per liter in certain regions such as West Sumatra, Riau, the Riau Islands, South Kalimantan, and North Kalimantan.
For Pertamax, another non-subsidized fuel, prices also vary by region within a range of Rp12,500 to Rp12,900 per liter, depending on distribution areas.
In several regions such as Aceh, North Sumatra, Jambi, Bengkulu, South Sumatra, Bangka Belitung, Lampung, East Nusa Tenggara, West Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Papua, Pertamax is priced at Rp12,500 per liter.
Meanwhile, in West Sumatra, Riau, the Riau Islands, South Kalimantan, and North Kalimantan, the price of Pertamax is higher at Rp12,800 per liter.
In contrast, in DKI Jakarta, Banten, West Java, Central Java, Yogyakarta Special Region, East Java, Bali, and West Nusa Tenggara, Pertamax is priced at Rp12,300 per liter.
