JAKARTA, Jakartaweekly.com – The official draw for the round of 64 of the 2026 Liga 4 Piala Presiden was held in Jakarta on Wednesday, May 13, 2026. The draw, which was broadcast live on PSSI TV, marked the start of competition among 64 clubs from provinces across Indonesia in the fourth tier of the country’s football league system.

According to the PSSI official website, the 2026 Liga 4 Piala Presiden is scheduled to run from May 30 until the final on July 11, 2026. A total of 64 teams have been divided into 16 groups, each consisting of four clubs, with matches to be played in a home tournament format across several cities in Indonesia.

The round of 64 is scheduled for May 30 to June 6, 2026, followed by the round of 32 on June 9-16, 2026. The competition will then continue with the round of 16 on June 19-26, the quarter-finals from June 29 to July 5, the semi-finals on July 8, and the final on July 11, 2026.

The draw system was divided into two separate pots. Pot 1 consisted of provincial champions, while Pot 2 included runners-up, third-placed teams, and other qualifiers from each province. The format is expected to create a more balanced and competitive distribution of teams from the early stages.

Several groups are already expected to deliver exciting matchups. In Group H, which will be played at Stadion Mandala Krida, Mataram Utama FC will face PSP Padang, ASIOP, and Persenga Nganjuk.

Meanwhile, Group J at Stadion Sriwedari features Wamena United FC, Porsiba FC Tanjung Enim, PSJS Jakarta Selatan, and Triple’s Kediri.

In addition to Stadion Mandala Krida and Stadion Sriwedari, several other venues have also been confirmed to host the round of 64, including Stadion Benteng Reborn, Stadion Sultan Agung, Stadion Gelora Satria, and Stadion Gelora Ratu Pemelingan.

Former Indonesia national team player Budi Sudarsono also took part in the drawing process. His presence was described as a symbol of support for grassroots football development in Indonesia.

With clubs representing regions across the country, the PSSI hopes the 2026 Liga 4 Piala Presiden will serve as a platform for emerging talents while strengthening a competitive and sustainable national football ecosystem.
