NFH Expo 2026 also hosts a series of industry competitions and knowledge-sharing programs designed to strengthen Indonesia’s culinary and hospitality ecosystem.
The Nusantara Culinary Challenge, organized together with PPJI and ACP Indonesia, provides a competitive stage for professional chefs to demonstrate their creativity while promoting Indonesia’s rich culinary heritage.
Meanwhile, the Indonesia Brewers Championship (IBrC) – Western Region, organized by SCAI, returns as one of the country’s premier coffee competitions, where Indonesia’s top brewers compete for a place in the national championship while showcasing their manual brewing expertise.
Beyond competitions, visitors can participate in cooking demonstrations, workshops, business forums, product launches, and panel discussions led by renowned chefs, entrepreneurs, and hospitality professionals, providing insights into emerging consumer trends, technology adoption, and future business opportunities.
As Indonesia’s food, beverage, and hospitality sectors continue to expand, NFH Expo aims to strengthen collaboration between businesses, government institutions, and industry associations while promoting locally produced products to wider domestic and international markets.
By bringing together innovation, networking, and business opportunities under one platform, the exhibition is expected to become an important catalyst for sustainable industry growth, helping Indonesian brands increase competitiveness while showcasing the country’s culinary excellence on the global stage.
