Jakartaweekly.com — To ensure safety and comfort for customers during the upcoming Eid holiday travel period, Honda Indonesia will operate standby dealer services through its Honda Emergency Service (HES) program for seven days, from March 18 to March 24, 2026.
The HES standby service will be available at 99 locations across various cities in Indonesia, providing technical support for motorists traveling during the Eid homecoming season.
Of the total service points, three standby dealers will operate 24 hours a day, while 93 dealers will operate during regular service hours from 08:00 to 16:00. In addition, three dealers will provide emergency assistance via telephone for customers who require urgent support.
Honda has consistently operated its Standby Dealer service since 2008. Through this program, customers can access a range of services including routine maintenance, vehicle repairs, and product updates.
Customers can also rely on the standby dealers for emergency situations such as battery replacement, windshield wiper fluid refills, lighting inspections or repairs, brake pad repairs, and other technical assistance at the nearest participating dealer.
While their vehicles are being serviced by professional technicians, customers can relax in comfortable waiting areas equipped with facilities such as television, spacious seating, and free Wi-Fi.
Yusak Billy, Sales, Marketing and After Sales Operation Director at PT Honda Prospect Motor, said the Honda Standby Service is an annual program designed to support customers traveling during the holiday period.
“Honda Siaga is a yearly program that we consistently implement in various locations across Indonesia. Through this program, we aim to provide our customers with a sense of safety and comfort as they travel for the Eid homecoming,” he said.
